Short version: Use Kibomi kindly and honestly. Subscriptions renew automatically: you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not us.
By downloading or using Kibomi (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Bidispot ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of Kibomi.
Kibomi is available to anyone. No account or registration is required. If you are under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU), you may use the App but should do so with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the App.
Kibomi provides daily affirmations, mood tracking, journaling, gentle gamification (streaks, XP, badges, mini-games), and animal companions for personal wellness purposes. The App is available in two tiers:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
4.1 Available plans

4.2 Automatic renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. The lifetime plan does not renew.
4.3 Free trial
A 7-day free trial of Kibomi Pro may be offered to new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the price of the plan you selected. You may only use a free trial once per account.
4.4 Managing and cancelling subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your store account:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you retain access to Pro features until then.
4.5 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. Refund requests must be directed to:

4.6 Price changes
We may change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified of any price changes and, where required by law, asked to consent to the new price before being charged.
All content within the App, including the affirmation texts, companion character designs, animations, and the Kibomi brand, is owned by or licensed to Bidispot and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App or its content without our express written permission.
Your personal wellness data (mood entries, journal text, etc.) stored on your device belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it.

Kibomi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
Kibomi is a wellness and entertainment application. It is not a medical service, mental health therapy, or a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or your local emergency services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bidispot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
